INGREDIENTS
BASMATI RICE -1 CUP
FINELY DICED
VEGETABLES
(CARROTS,BEANS, - 3/4 CUP
CAPSICUMCABBAGE)
SPRING ONIONS( CHOPPED) -3-4
WHITE PEPPER POWDER -1/2 TEASPOON
AJINOMOTO - 1/4 TEASPOON
SOYA SAUCE - 1/4 TEASPOON
OIL -2 TABLESPOONS
SALT TO TASTE
METHOD
1.COOK THE RICE IN TWO CUPS OF WATER.
2.STIR FRY THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND SPRING ONIONS IN HOT OIL FOR A FEW
MINUTES.
3.ADD THE SALT,PEPPER POWDER,AJINOMOTO AND SOYA SAUCE .
4.COOK TILL SLIGHTLY TENDER AND ADD THE RICE AND TOSS AND MIX WELL.
5.SERVE WITH CHILLI SAUCE,TOMATO SAUCE AND ANY GOOD SIDE DISH LIKE CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN ETC.

Usually I add vinegar to Chinese dishes...but I do not prefer to add it to my Veg fried rice...
I prefer to have this dish with some hot,dry fried dish or a semi gravy ...
But we can always add it even i the dining table!
