INGREDIENTS
POTATOES -2
CARROT -1
ONIONS -2
PEAS -1/2 CUP
BEANS -FEW
COCONUT MILK -2 CUPS
GREEN CHILLIES-4
COCONUT OIL -2 TEASPOONS
SALT TO TASTE
CURRY LEAVES -FOR GARNISHING
METHOD
1.CHOP ALL VEGETABLES AND PRESSURE COOK THEM WITH 3 -4 CUPS OF WATER .
2.MASH THEM ALONG WITH THE WATER..
3.ADD SALT AND SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
4.SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES.
5.ADD THE COCONUT MILK AND BOIL FOR A MINUTE.
6.GARNISH WITH CURRY LEAVES AND POUR THE COCONUT OIL OVER IT AND STIR WELL.
# SERVE HOT WITH AAPPAMS,ROTIS,RICE AND TOASTS...
# A BLAND AND TASTY AND HEALTHY COMFORT FOODWITH THE GOODNESS OF VEGETABLES AND COCONUT MILK.
