SPICY CRUNCHIES



INGREDIENTS

MAIDA                              -1 CUPS
CORNFLOUR                   -1/2 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES            -6
FENNEL SEEDS (OMUM)- 1/2 TEASPOON
GARAM MASALA PDR    - 1/4 TEASPOON
AMCHOOR                       - 2 PINCHES
SODA BICARBONATE    - 1/4 TEASPOON
SUGAR                              - 1 TEASPOON
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD

1.CUT GREEN CHILLIES VERY FINELY.
2.ADD THE SODA BICARB,FENNEL SEEDS, GARAM MASLA POWDER,AMCHOOR,SUGAR AND SALT IN A BOWL. ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF WARM OIL.MIX WELL.CRUSH CHILLY BITS WELL.
3.SPRINKLE WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MAKE A STIFF DOUGH.
4.LEAVE FOR 30 MINUTES.
5.ROLL OUT INTO 3 MM. THICK CHAPPATIS .
6.CUT INTO 1" X 2" PIECES.
7.FRY IN HOT OIL .
8.SERVE HOT OR COLD.

# A GREAT TEATIME SNACK.
#YOU CAN MAKE THE DOUGH AND LEAVE IT IN THE PARTIAL FREEZER AND MAKE THIS SNACK AS AND WHEN NEEDED.
# YOU CAN ALSO ADD  CRUSHED PEPPER FOR A CHANGE.
