This is a great drink for growing children,
expectant mothers, anemic people,

of instant energy and Iron and Calcium....
- DATES - 20-25
- FULL FAT MILK - 1 LITER
- Deseed the dates.
- Soak them in a glass of hot milk for 15 to 20 minutes or till soft.
- Grind them to a smooth paste.
- Now ,add the remaining milk and beat well to a smooth and frothy shake.
- Cool and serve chilled.
